Turmeric Powder

Turmeric powder is a bright golden yellow powder made by carefully dry grinding of clean and mature turmeric rhizomes. It has been used throughout history as a culinary spice, fabric dye, and for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes. It adds a great taste and aroma to the dishes. Turmeric is an excellent source of iron and manganese. It is also a good source of vitamin B6, dietary Fibre, copper, and potassium. The main active ingredient is Curcumin which acts as a phytonutrient.
