
Directions
Heat 1tsp oil in a Pan.
Add ¼tsp hing, 2tsp Jeera, and cook till cumin sputters.
Add ½tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes. Add 5 cup chopped gobhi,
4 chopped green chillies and salt (to taste). Cook it on high heat for 5 minutes.
Now on medium heat, cook for 5 minutes.
Add curshed ½ tsp saunf, ½tsp Kitchen King Masala, ¼ tsp Aamchur Powder, ½ tsp garam masala.
Cover the Pan & cook it for more 5 minutes.
Serve with chapati or parantha.
