Drain 1 cup kidney beans (Rajma) that are soaked overnight & wash in fresh water and put into a pressure cooker.
Add 5 cups of water and salt (to taste) and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are given out. Heat oil (4 tbsp) in a Pan.
Add 2 medium chopped onions & saute till light brown. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste & saute for 2 minutes.
Add 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
Add ½ cup tomato puree and mix again.
Saute 3-4 minutes. Add kidney beans & mix well. Add Salt & stir to mix.
Add TRIYAMB Rajma Masala 1½ tsp & 1tsp Garam Masala.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves & Serve hot with steamed rice.
