Directions
Boil, cool, peel & grate 4 medium size potatoes.
Wash & finally chop 4 medium size tomatoes.
Wash & grate ¼ small cauliflower.
Peel, wash & finally chop 2 medium onions. Peel & Wash 1 inch pc. Ginger, 8-10 garlic cloves & grind to a fine paste.
Wash, halve, removes seeds & chop 1 medium green capsicum.
Wash, remove stems & chop 3-4 Green Chillies.
Clean, wash & chop ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves.
Wash & boil ¼ cup green peas in salted water till soft. Cut 2 lemons into wedges.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan & add ¾ quantity of chopped onions. Saute till light brown.
Add chopped green chillies & ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for half a minute.
Add half the quantity of chopped tomatoes & cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum, lightly mashed peas, cauliflower, grated potatoes & one and a half cups of water.
Now press it the back of spoon a few times till all vegetables are completely mashed.
Add 1½ tbsp TRIYAMB Pav Bhaji Masala, salt (to taste) & rest of chopped tomatoes.
Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Heat half of butter in a thick bottomed pan.
Slice Pav horizontally into two & Pan Fry in butter for half a minute.
Pressing 2 or 3 times till Pav in crisp.
Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves, remaining butter & serve hot with Pav accompanied with chopped onions & lemon wedges.
