  • In a Bowl, Mix 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt (to taste), half-kg curd. Add the 700gm raw chicken pieces to marinade & mix.

  • Keep it in refrigerator for minimum 6 hours. Roast it in a Tandoor/Oven for 10-12 minutes untill it is three fourth done.

  • Heat 100gm white butter in Pan.

  • Pour in the Tomato Puree of almost half-kg tomato puree of almost half-kg tomato, saute for 2-3min.

  • Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp sugar, 1tsp red chilli powder & salt (to taste) in it. Add prepared chicken, 100gm white butter, 100gm fresh cream , 4sliced green chilli.

  • Now add 1tsp chicken masala & let it cook for 3-4 min.

  • Serve hot with Rice or Naan.
