Mutton Fry


  • Take 300gms tender mutton & wash it.

  • Add 1½ tsp ginger-garlic paste. ½ tsp haldi, Salt (to taste), 1 tsp meat masala, ¼ cup chopped onions. Also add 2 tsp curd.

  • Mix everything & marinate for atleast 3to4 hours in fridge.

  • Now after marinate in, pour ¼ cup water in a cooker upto 5-6 whistles.

  • Make sure mutton is cooked.

  • Heat a pan with 1tsp oil.

  • Add 1 Clove garlic, 2 green chilli, 2 springs of curry leaves, Saute untill garlic turns aromatic.

  • Add ¼ tsp pepper powder, ¼ tsp meat masala.

  • Immediately power the mutton with left over stock.

  • Mix everything & add salt if needed.

  • Cook on a medium heat untill all stock evaporates.

  • Serve mutton with rice or roti.
