Directions
Wash 3-4 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilli, 1 inch pcs Ginger.
Cut all three Coarsely and place all these ingredients in a mixture jar.
Grind and make a fine paste.
Add 1 tbsp of butter in a pan & place it on flame for heating.
When butter melts, add 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder & saute for a while.
Also add above paste, 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder & 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves.
Saute the masala until butter starts separating from it.
Now Add ½ cup cream, 2 teaspoon Garam Masala, 2 tbsp green coriander & salt (to taste).
Now add 1/2 cup water in gravy and cook until it boils.
When gravy starts boiling add chunks of 250gm paneer.
Cover it and cook 3-4 minutes and add rest of 1tbsp butter.
Lip smacking & appetizing paneer butter masala is ready.
