Directions

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in Kadhai.

  • Add 2 medium chopped onions and 15-20 cashew nuts & Saute lightly.

  • Add 5 medium chopped tomatoes & cook for 10-12 minutes.

  • Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, Salt (to taste) & saute.

  • Transfer the mixure into a mixer jar, cool & grind to a paste with a little water.

  • Transfer the mixture into same kadhai.

  • Add 2 tbsp butter, cover & cook on low heat for 10 min. Add ½ cup cream & mix well.

  • Add paneer cubes of 400gm, 1 tsp Kasoori Methi Powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder.

  • Add 1½ tbsp TRIYAMB Shahi Paneer Masala.

  • ¼tsp Green Cardamom Powder & mix well. Garnish with same Cream & Serve Hot.
